get ready

so. i have 9 more comics on the way. i'm sure that makes everyone happy. the catch is that they are going to be the last 9.

"last?" you say? yes. i'm going to stop writing Tan Socks for a while until i get my stuff together and really know what is going on in my life and in the comic. i'm not very happy with what i have now, even though it's a scrapbook of my life in college. which i will finally be done with next month (YES.).

markers

hi. so i lost all my markers somewhere. i'm sure that they're just hiding, and i put them in a strategic location the last time i "cleaned" my room. please let that be the case.

anyway, i have some comics done, but they're not colored. unless those colors are green, red, or a flesh tone. maybe they're under my bed.

Sketch Week

hello. it's sketch week (25-1), because when i'm teaching i just doodle on brown bags all day, and don't have time to make real comics.
(also, i just realised that i set something to update on feb. 30th, and we don't have one of those. dur.)
anyway. if anyone wants to make me a guest comic, now would be a good time.

OTHER UPDATES- i went back and deleted all the old obscure commentary from the archives (or most of it) and replaced it with more relevant discussion. like this

hi. so a lot of you have commented in the past that my spelling is horrible. well. now it's affecting my page design skills. for whatever reason, i've spelled some of the XML on he homepage wrong, and now you can't see the main comic. i did fix it, but it's taking a while for the server to update. so. if you want to see today's comic, go here:

that's the archive page. and i'll keep trying to get the other stuff to load. eventually that transparent montage at the top will be a set of rollover buttons. in the meantime, click on the text links to take you anywhere in the site.

ahhhh!

hi everyone. i have made new comics for friday (11), and all of the following week (14, 16, 18). so that should be fun.

in other news, i cannot access my ftp site to do anything else beside upload comics, so if there are broken links and stuff, i'm really sorry.

IF YOU CANNOT SEE THE MOST CURRENT COMIC, PLEASE CLICK "REFRESH". (there's some kind of comicgenesis glitch.) (do i need a new doman or what?)

Dear Readers:

tomorrow starts a new chapter in the saga of our heroes. i hope you enjoy it. i tried to think of a way to end the last chapter, but all i came up with was a large banner that reads "TIME PASSES". Just assume that we skipped all summer, and have now returned.
